Un tribunal de apelación ordenó la inmediata libertad de Héctor Palma Salazar, alias “El Güero Palma”, tras absolverlo del delito de delincuencia organizada, que era el último proceso que tenía abierto ante la justicia, informó su defensa.
La magistrada María Dolores Olarte Ruvalcaba determinó que la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) no ofreció los elementos suficientes para acreditar la plena responsabilidad del capo en el ilícito referido.
Héctor Palma Salazar estuvo 28 años preso en México y Estados Unidos.
